Terms & Conditions

Dolly Dancewear offer a 14 by 14 day maximum refund policy. We require you to inform us with in 14 days about your return, and then a further 14 days from the date of informing us to return it. If we are not informed with in the first 14 days we can not offer a refund or exchange. A refund is only offered when a garment has been ordered and delivered via the website; any orders purchased through click and collect or in store are exchange only or an option of a credit note.

 

Receiving Parcels: For parcels that aren't delivered to you due to incorrect delivery address being supplied. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund as we can't take responsibility of addresses being put in incorrectly, so please triple check that you are putting in your full correct address at checkout.

Returning parcels: Please pack items well so they don’t get damaged on the way as poor packing resulting in damage will be non refundable. We recommend you obtain proof of postage as we are not responsible for missing returns parcels. We also are not held responsible for the delivery charge of returning items to store.

In the case of a return/exchange please contact us first before posting to discuss your options and available stock.

Once you have contacted us please return to the address 6 Ethel Terrace, Sunderland, England, SR5 3BE with your receipt and a note inside the package stating your reason of return and how you wish for us to resolve this (i.e different size or item). This can differ depending on available stock which is why it is important to contact us first. Therefore, to avoid disappointment please email or direct message us to hold any exchange items until your item reaches us. 

 

Click and collect orders are exchange/credit note only and must be returned with in 14 days of purchase.

Orders not collected with in two weeks of purchase are non-returnable or exchangeable. 

 

All items must be returned in their received condition, unworn and in their original packaging. 

If garments show any sign of having been worn we will not be able to process a return and the garments will be sent back to you.

Please ensure you follow care instructions on the label as if the proper washing and care instructions have not been followed, returns will not be excepted as faulty.

Please note socks, tights and underwear are non returnable, due to hygiene reasons.
